In 1956, the forerunner of our company - Shanghai Arts & Crafts Import & Export Company was founded.

In 1978, the export amounts of gloves and headwear both increased to 10 million US dollars.

In 1993, Shanghai Headwear Import & Export Co. was set up based on Headwear Department of Shanghai Arts & Crafts Import & Export Company, and moved to NO.2255, Jinqiao Road, Pudong.

In 1995, The Gloves Department of Shanghai Arts & Crafts Import & Export Company joined Shanghai Headwear Import & Export Co. and a new company was established - Shanghai Gloves & Headwear Import & Export Company.

In 1996, our export amount of gloves, headwear and other products was up to more than 50 million US dollars at the first time.

In 1996, our company was granted by 3M Company as the special distributor of 3M Thinsulate insulation products in China.

In 1997, our company was approved by China Customs to set up our bonded warehouse.

From 1998 to 2000, our company was awarded as an advanced enterprise by Shanghai Municipal Government.
